Dr. Edward Oliveros is a bariatric surgeon of the BIB & LAP-BAND® CENTER (visit "Obesity Surgical Centres" of www.lapbandasia.com) and St. Luke's Medical Center, a J.C.I. (Joint Commission International) accredited hospital in the Philippines.

Dr. Edward Oliveros practices a multi-disciplinary approach in the management of overweight and obesity. Trained in the United States for minimally-invasive surgery at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and laparoscopic bariatric surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York; Dr. Edward Oliveros is a proponent of the LAP-BAND® in the Philippines. He was trained in LAP-BAND® surgery in 2003 under the world-renowned Professor Paul O’Brien of the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
